Zest Nest Culinary launches delivery-first brands in Dubai with Talabat
Red Wings and Nawab Biryani House launch exclusively on Talabat.
Zest Nest Culinary, a UAE-focused F&B venture led by chef Ishijyot Surri and entrepreneur and investor Sameer Musale, has partnered with Talabat to launch two delivery-first concepts in Dubai.
Red Wings will launch first in Business Bay and Rashidiya, with Nawab Biryani House set to follow by the end of September.
Both concepts will be available exclusively through Talabat.
Whilst the two brands operate under Zest Nest Culinary, they will have separate menus, culinary identities, and customer positioning.
The launch marks the first phase of Zest Nest Culinary’s plans to develop multiple F&B brands across the UAE and wider GCC.
Dubai will be its initial commercial market, with the venture planning to establish the two concepts before exploring further expansion.
Surri is responsible for culinary development, concept creation, and guest experience.
His portfolio includes Mulk, a North Indian dining concept; MiniyaTurk, a multi-cuisine restaurant inspired by Turkish street food; Pachinco, an Italian diner and café; and SJI Gourmet, a premium catering business.
Musale will oversee the venture’s strategic, commercial, and organisational direction, including investment, operational efficiency, and scalability.
Surri said the venture aims to build a food business spanning restaurants, QSRs, cloud kitchens, products, and manufacturing.
Separately, Maison Management, founded by Surri and Musale, has established its regional base through Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) as part of its wider UAE expansion strategy.
