YO! adds beef dishes and matcha desserts to September menu
It will also offer exclusive dishes at its Selfridges and Heathrow Airport locations.
YO! is adding four beef dishes and three matcha desserts to its menu this September, with additional dishes available exclusively at its Selfridges and Heathrow Airport locations.
The menu will feature Beef Tataki (£8.50), made with seared beef, pak choi slaw, chilli and ginger dressing, togarashi, and mixed sesame seeds.
The Seared Beef Nigiri (£7.50) comes with miso mayo, katsu sauce, togarashi, and yuzu kosho, whilst the Teriyaki Beef Curry is priced at £15.95.
A Vegetable Kakiyagi (£3.50), featuring tempura-fried vegetables with teriyaki sauce and furikake seasoning, will also join the lineup.
For dessert, YO! will introduce the Blueberry Matcha Cream Puff (£5.50), filled with blueberry and white chocolate cream and topped with blueberry sauce and matcha.
The Yuzu Little Moons (£5.50) combine yuzu and lemon, whilst the Strawberry Matcha Little Moons (£5.50), exclusive to YO!, feature strawberry cheesecake cream wrapped in matcha mochi.
At YO! Selfridges, customers will also be able to order the Katsu Beef Sando (£16.95).
Meanwhile, YO! Heathrow Airport will serve the Katsu Steak Curry (£17.50), featuring aromatic curry sauce, steamed rice, and a side of pickled kimchi cucumber.
