Chipotle brings Pollo Asado to UK for first time
The launch comes as Chipotle continues to expand its UK estate.
Chipotle Mexican Grill is launching Pollo Asado in the UK for the first time, adding the grilled chicken option to menus across its Greater London restaurants.
The chicken is grilled and tossed in a marinade made with guajillo peppers, fresh lime, garlic, and coriander.
Chipotle said it uses Red Tractor-certified chicken for the dish, whilst halal-suitable chicken will be available at select UK restaurants.
Pollo Asado is made in-house using what the company describes as real ingredients, with no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives.
The launch comes as Chipotle continues to expand its UK estate.
The Mexican restaurant chain is set to open a new site in Holborn next month, adding to its 20-plus locations across Greater London.
Pollo Asado will be available for dine-in, pick-up, and delivery through Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo.
