The Nero Group posts record £670m sales in FY2026
Caffè Nero recorded LFL sales growth of 4.5%, whilst overall sales increased 5%.
The Nero Group has reported record sales of £670m for the financial year ended 31 May 2026 (FY2026), with overall sales up 8% and like-for-like sales increasing 4.1%.
The group, which operates 1,191 stores across 11 countries and employs more than 11,000 people, opened 72 new stores during the year.
Sixteen of those locations were added through its acquisition of Compass Coffee in Washington DC.
In the UK, Caffè Nero recorded like-for-like sales growth of 4.5%, whilst overall sales increased 5%.
Iced Drinks sales at Caffè Nero increased 52% during the year, with matcha accounting for a significant proportion of the growth.
The group said it expects to open at least 80 new stores during the coming financial year.

The Nero Group operates six brands in the UK: Caffè Nero, Coffee#1, 200 Degrees, Harris+Hoole, FCB Coffee, and Aroma.
