Dodo Brands names Kirill Vyrypaev as new CEO
He succeeds Dmitry Soloviev, who is stepping down as CEO after two years in the role.
Dodo Brands, the owner of Dodo Pizza and Drinkit, has appointed Kirill Vyrypaev as its new CEO, effective 1 September 2026.
Vyrypaev succeeds Dmitry Soloviev, who is leaving the company after serving as CEO since September 2024.
"The role of CEO of Dodo Brands will be taken over by the very person thanks to whom I ended up at the company in the first place," said Soloviev in a LinkedIn post. "I'm sure even more exciting things await Dodo, and I'll always be watching—with love."
Soloviev joined Dodo Brands in 2018 as chief financial officer (CFO) for the Domestic Region before becoming head of Domestic Markets in October 2022.
He was appointed CEO in September 2024.
During his two-year tenure as CEO, Dodo Brands' revenue rose from $1b to $1.8b, whilst system-wide locations across Dodo Pizza and Drinkit increased from 1,139 to 1,740.
Vyrypaev previously served as Group CFO of Dodo Brands until 2023.
From 2024 to 2026, he was CFO of Yandex 360.
He has also served on the Dodo Brands board of directors since 2021.
