Slim Chickens to open second Liverpool restaurant

Slim Chickens will open its second restaurant in Liverpool at Liverpool Shopping Park on Edge Lane on 17 September 2026.
The restaurant will open at 12 p.m., with the first 100 guests receiving free chicken tenders worth £5.45 each, along with one of the brand’s house dips.
The opening will also feature a giveaway offering one guest free Slim Chickens for life, with one free chicken meal worth up to £14.95 every week.
The Edge Lane restaurant will serve Slim Chickens’ full menu, including chicken tenders, wings, stacked sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
The menu also includes hand-spun shakes, Texas toast, and 15 signature house sauces.
Slim Chickens will also distribute 5,000 Fresh Drop cards.
The first 5,000 guests to order at the new restaurant will receive a card containing a unique code, which can be entered through the Slim Chickens UK app to reveal a reward.
Rewards include free chicken tenders, classic sandwiches, hand-spun shakes, and Texas toast.
One of the 5,000 cards will contain a Fresh Pass, which gives the winner one free chicken meal every week for life.
Guests will also be able to ‘Spin the Wheel’ at the restaurant for the chance to win prizes and giveaways, including branded merchandise and hand-spun shakes.
The opening is the latest move in Slim Chickens’ UK expansion under Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG).
