Proper Good to open first London restaurant in Soho
The opening follows PG’s Glasgow debut earlier this year.
Proper Good (PG) is set to open a quick-service restaurant at 3 Soho Street in mid-September, its first site in England.
The opening follows the launch of the brand’s first restaurant in Glasgow earlier this year and will be its second location.
PG was founded by Professor Green in partnership with Hero Brands, whose other businesses include Sides with the Sidemen.
The menu includes South Korean-inspired UFO brioche hot rolls, loaded salads, rice boxes, sides, and drinks, including an electrolyte range.
It also serves frozen fruit desserts with a range of toppings.
The Soho Street site is close to Oxford Street, putting the restaurant in central London and marking PG’s expansion beyond Scotland.
