Independent grilled chicken brand Cluck'd makes Leicester debut
It aims to expand its estate by a further 50 sites within five years.
Independent grilled chicken restaurant Cluck’d is due to open its first Leicester branch on 19 August.
The Leicester site will be the brand’s third restaurant in the UK, following its openings in Milton Keynes and Norwich.
The new restaurant is expected to create more than 20 jobs.
The menu includes flame-grilled chicken, wraps, rice boxes, loaded fries, shakes, and sauces, with food prepared to order.
The Leicester opening will also coincide with the launch of Cluck’d’s new Pitta Club range, which will add a selection of pitta-based meals to the existing menu.
The brand aims to expand its estate by a further 50 sites within five years.
Cluck’d was founded by Ricky Sahota and is part of the Sahota family’s hospitality interests.
The family also operates several German Doner Kebab franchise locations.
