Bunsik to open new restaurants in Coventry and Birmingham

Bunsik is set to open two new UK restaurants this autumn, with locations planned for Coventry and Birmingham.
The openings will extend the Korean street food brand’s partnership with ZK Group, following the launch of Bunsik Plymouth last month.
Coventry and Birmingham will be the third collaboration between the two businesses.
The expansion will take Bunsik beyond its existing London presence, as the brand continues to add locations across the UK.
The Coventry restaurant will bring Bunsik’s Korean street food menu to the city in September, followed by the Birmingham opening at the Bullring in October.
The Birmingham site will be located within the Bullring, one of the UK’s major retail and leisure destinations.
The two openings come as Korean food and culture continue to gain popularity in the UK, with Korean street food becoming more widely available across the market.
Bunsik and ZK Group said the latest openings form part of their longer-term partnership, with additional locations already planned.
