Chopstix reopens refurbished Belfast outlet at CastleCourt

Chopstix has reopened its refurbished restaurant at CastleCourt Shopping Centre in Belfast, welcoming customers from 14 September.
The reopening featured a giveaway for the first 100 customers, who received free medium boxes.
A further 1,000 portions of spring rolls were available to customers who signed up online.
Customers had a chance to win Chopstix merchandise and discount vouchers throughout the day, with queues forming at the restaurant during the opening event.
The restaurant, located at Unit FCK04, CastleCourt Shopping Centre, Royal Avenue, Belfast, BT1 1DD, opened at 11 a.m.
It operates from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
Customers can also order from the restaurant for delivery or takeaway.
The reopening adds to Chopstix’s network of more than 140 locations nationwide.
The company opened and refurbished 17 stores across the UK in 2025, including locations in Leeds, Huddersfield, and Hull.
It also introduced its Chopstix 3.0 concept in Bridgend during the year.
